Para não ficar apenas na esteira, bike ou transport. Utilizei durante a fase final da preparação alguns treinos mais dinâmicos para o gasto calórico! Rope trainning! Neste treino utilizei a técnica de pequenas ondas, onde exige muita coordenação para sincronizar os braços com as pernas, sem contar que os músculos do tronco devem estar completamente travados! Exercício muito bom para reabilitação final de indivíduos com dor lombar! Frita tudo hehe. Obrigado pelas orientações @monicareisfitness ....
