Aqui estão duas sugestões de exercícios para você adicionar à sua rotina de treinos, que ajudarão a fortalecer o seu abdômen: 1° Gato cruzado invertido. 2° Abd. reto com um joelho flexionado Realize cada exercício por 30 segundos, um após o outro, e depois descanse por 60 segundos. Repita essa sequência por mais 2 ou 3 vezes. Após realizar esses exercícios, compartilhe sua experiência nos comentários e marque uma amiga que também esteja interessada em fortalecer o abdômen.
