Such a delicious start to the day ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ 1 large frozen banana 2 heaped tbsp vanilla protein powder, I use second nature 1 - 2 tbsp yogurt of choice 1/4 cup plant milk Bits of my cookie dough bark (recipe is on my page) Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Chocolate protein bark ๐Ÿซ 1 cup yogurt of choice 1/4 cup @Second Nature double choc fudge protein powder 10g chocolate, chopped or melted Any dried fruit/nuts Add the yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix well until smooth. Spread thinly over a baking sheet on a baking tray. Top with the chocolate, fried fruit and nuts.
