Part 1: 30 Days of Clean Food 🥗✨ Jujur, sarapan aku biasanya enggak se-clean ini, tapi selama 30 hari ke depan, aku mau coba biasain diri buat sarapan dan dinner dengan makanan yang lebih bersih (cleanfood). Untuk makan siang, aku tetap makan normal. Fokusnya tetap penuhi makronutrisi (protein, serat, karbo) dengan porsi ideal dan sesuai kebutuhan kalori. Enggak akan ada diet ekstrem di bawah BMR!
