Padahal sehat itu bukan soal kurus. Tapi soal badan masih kuat diajak hidup lama: kerja kuat, main sama anak kuat, ibadah kuat, menikmati hidup juga kuat. Makan enak boleh. Healing boleh. Ngopi boleh. Tapi jaga badan tetap wajib.
