KENAPA HARUS UTAMAIN COMPOUND MOVEMENT ⁉️ . Hal ini karena compund movement melibatkan lebih dari satu otot yg dapat memicu kerusakan lebih banyak dan mempercepat pertumbuhan massa otot.
