Simple Sweet Corn Chowder You will need: 4 to 5 medium sized potatoes (or frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes) 1 large onion 1 package of bacon 2 cans of cream style corn 1 can of whole kernel corn 1 carton of chicken broth Half & Half or Heavy Cream S&P To Taste Peel and dice the potatoes (keep in water to prevent oxidation while you prepare the rest of the ingredients).
