Mealprep mempermudah hidup, 𝘣𝘢𝘨𝘪 𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘮𝘢𝘶 𝘮𝘢𝘶 𝘢𝘫𝘢. 5 masakan untuk 1-2 minggu, jadi masak sekalian banyak tapi tidak untuk sekali makan ( 1 hari), pisahkan dan buat perporsi untuk makan besoknya, jadi di hangatkan sekali saja pas mau di konsumsi.
